Ladybugs have a special meaning to those of us in the Chinese adoption community. It has been chosen as the good luck symbol for families adopting from China. The Chinese adoption myth is that if you see a ladybug your referral will be coming very soon. Well... I spotted a very very tiny wee baby ladybug on our window ledge. I wonder if we will have any luck and the CCAA picks it up a little?!!! :)
